Application:
ASSEN TYA-I Cooking Oil Filter machine can removes particles, odor, water, acid and alcohol etc from waste cooking oil, vegetable oil effectively and completely, extending the life of the oil to increasing its quality. It is a good purification machine for Fry food factory, oil restaurant, cooking oil factory, vegetable oil factory, and waste oil collecting store. TYA-I also can be used for biodiesel industrial. It is a good oil filtration machine for purifying the waste oils, then preparing for making biodiesel.

precision filters. The water content less than 5 ppm and filtering precision less than 1 
micron

3.Using the most advanced atomizing separation technology, oil atomization ≤ 50um,

vacuum system and extends the flowing distance in the vacuum system to ensure water 
and gas vaporized sufficient time to complete removal of moisture and gas
4.oil level control, pressure control, voltage protection, phase sequence protection etc. 
adopts automatic control, the full realization of unmanned control.
5.Heating system adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less 
than 1.0W/cm2, avoiding cracking and aging of oil.
6.Heating system safety interlock protection control, avoiding heater dry. Adjustable 
temperature range of 0-100ºC, the heater control in multiple groups
7.Advanced vacuum defoaming technology to avoid the oil ejecting and gushing during
the process
